Ingredients:
1 - can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 - medium tomato, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 - serrano chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 - cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 - cup finely chopped red onion
2 - tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 - tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 - tsp. salt
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
