1/2 - kg. Pork, cut in serving pcs.
3 - cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 - cup of vinegar
1 - bay leaf
1 - cup of water
1 - cup of toyo
10 - pcs. Black pepper corn. (paminta buo)
- Place pork in sauce pan. Add vinegar, garlic, pepper, salt, toyo and water. Cook until meat is tender.
- Fry garlic which is in the mixture, add the pork and broth.
- Add 1 bay leaf and let it simmer for about 5 min.
Good for 4 to 6 servings.
